Getting things back on track
Married, in a Civil Partnership or living together, if you have children they are what you value most. After separation parents do not always agree on the arrangements for their children and we can help you to get things back on the right track. We will work with you to resolve any issues that you have such as child support and who the children live with or spend time with.

If you have agreed childcare arrangements in mediation you may prefer to have that agreement set out in a formal document. We can help you with this by advising you during the mediation or preparing a court order once an agreement has been reached. A court order can be made without you having to attend court.

Even if you have never been married there may be financial claims available to you to help with housing your children or providing for the education under Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989. Contact us to discuss this in more detail.
