Married, civil partnership, living together – whatever your situation, if you have children, they’re what you value most. After separation, parents often fall out over their children, but we can help you to get things back on the right track. Our lawyers will work with you to resolve any issues that you have such as child maintenance, child support and who the children live with or visit. Some disagreements are simple and some are complex but non are too small for us and every dispute over a child is important. We act for mothers and fathers in all types of applications including applications to remove children from England and Wales. We also act for grandparents and other family members.

Getting things back on track

Married, in a Civil Partnership or living together, if you have children they are what you value most. After separation parents do not always agree on the arrangements for their children and we can help you to get things back on the right track. We will work with you to resolve any issues that you have such as child support and who the children live with or spend time with.

If you have agreed childcare arrangements in mediation you may prefer to have that agreement set out in a formal document. We can help you with this by advising you during the mediation or preparing a court order once an agreement has been reached. A court order can be made without you having to attend court.
